Of all the interiors I've seen on Design*Sponge to date, this is hands down the most fun and adorable. This chica is a designer for Free People and graduated from RISD (one of my pipe dreams back in the day). So right off the bat her home tour had my attention. Upon reading further, I learned that she frequents flea markets and garage sales and that she doesn't like to stick to a particular style. To top it all off she has a kitty named Arlo that is as cute as a cupcake. Lizzy, if you are reading this, do you have room for two adults and a goldendoodle?

My favorite parts:

I love that dark teal paint. It is so deep and rich and a great backdrop for the cute green window panels. It took me a second to notice that her bedroom is lofted above, so fun!

I love portraits. I love drawing them, painting them, photographing them and I love seeing them hung as artwork. There is just something so friendly and inviting about a collection of 2D faces clustered together.

Adorable. She has the same striped wool blanket my family often used when I was growing up. And I like the scattered collection of odds and ends surrounding her bed.

I love dark walls (have I mentioned that?). Somehow she managed to turn random photographsinto a really charming collection of artwork just by pinning them to the wall. And there's the old school tile I'd like to put in our bathroom someday.

The freestanding claw foot tub reminds me of my parents' cabin. And the four-legged cutie in the tub reminds me of the four-legged cutie laying next to me right now.

More vintage wooly blankets. And a distressed leather chair. I am a jelly belly.
